In addition to their salary, employees receive benefit points from their employers, which they can use for hobbies or health-related activities in their free time. According to the law, these include services in the areas of recreation, health, culture, sports, education, and books.
As of January 1, 2024, the law limits the use of leisure activity benefits to half of the average wage. For 2026, this amount is 24,483.50 CZK.
