Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, individual therapeutic method based on working with the body's natural rhythms. It is founded on the understanding that the skull, spine, sacrum, cerebrospinal fluid, and surrounding connective tissues form an interconnected system whose optimal mobility influences the functioning of the nervous system and the body's overall balance. Through a very light touch, the therapist senses the mobility of cranial joints, fascia, and deep tissues, supporting their natural release. This is not manipulation or a traditional massage, but a sensitive practice that creates the conditions for activating the body's own regenerative and self-regulatory mechanisms. As a result, it can lead to deep tissue release, the alleviation of long-term tension, stiffness, tension headaches, neck and back strain, and an overall calming of the nervous system.
Gentle work with fascia, cranial joints, and the body's natural rhythms helps release long-term tension, muscle stiffness, and strain in the neck, back, and head areas.
Craniosacral therapy creates the conditions for deep calming of the nervous system and the activation of the body's natural regenerative mechanisms. It can contribute to better rest, improved sleep, and greater mental well-being.
The therapy does not just address the symptoms of discomfort; it supports the body's natural ability to restore balance and adapt to long-term stress or physical strain. The result is often a feeling of lightness, vitality, and overall harmony within the body.

A short conversation, a shared moment of calming, and the creation of a space where you can feel safe and relaxed.
Using a light touch, the therapist sensitively works with your body's natural rhythms and supports its ability to release tension.
Both body and mind are given time to absorb the entire process. Many clients experience very deep rest during this phase.
We will conclude the session with a gentle return and a few brief recommendations on how to support the effects of the therapy throughout the rest of your day.
