1. Seller / Provider

1. • Inscape Glow & Grow s.r.o., Company ID: 22590307, VAT ID: CZ22590307. Registered office: Premonstrátů 999, 253 03 Chýně, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file reference C 418962/MSPH, tel: +420 777 120 034, (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Provider"
   2. Subject and Scope of the Terms
   • These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations for booking and purchasing Provider's services, made through the Noona booking platform available from the website www.inscape.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Booking System").
   • Services provided include: Age Lift Ritual, Organic Glow Ritual, Body Shape Ritual, Anti-stress Therapy, Brain Activation Therapy, Crystal Bed Therapy, Deep Focus Zone (collectively referred to as 'Services').
   • The Terms also regulate the purchase of gift vouchers ('Voucher') and access to the member (membership) section ('Membership').
   3. Client Account, Communication, and Notifications
   • The online client system is used for booking and managing reservations and for purchasing Vouchers. In their user account, the client has an overview of upcoming, completed, and prepaid Services.
   • Information regarding reservations, changes, and purchased Services is sent via email, or as an in-app notification; selected messages may also be sent via SMS to the registered phone number.
   4. Registration and Usage Rules
   • Before registering, the client must familiarize themselves with these Terms. By registering, the client confirms that they have read and agree to comply with them.
   • Violation of the Terms may lead to suspension or cancellation of registration by the Provider.
   • The client is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of their data and for protecting their login credentials.
   5. Service Reservations (see Appendix A)
   • Registered clients make reservations via the 'Book an appointment' button on www.inscape.cz, which links to the Noona Booking System.
   • For Rituals, the client chooses a specific Staff Member (employee) or the 'Anyone' option. For Therapy and Deep Focus Zone, no staff member is selected.
   • Reservations can be made no later than 180 minutes before the start of the selected slot; the system will not accept later bookings.
   • For procedures, online payment is required; for the Deep Focus Zone, on-site payment is possible (if this option is currently enabled).
   • By making a reservation, the client confirms awareness of contraindications and that they do not have a condition that would be contraindicated for the selected Service.
   • After a successful reservation, the client will receive a confirmation email from Noona.
   6. Changes and Cancellation of Reservation/Cancellation Policy (see Appendix B)
   • The client may cancel a reservation no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the Service.
   • If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show without proper cancellation, no refund of the paid amount will be issued (100% cancellation fee).
   • Cancellations can be made in Noona or by phone at the reception at +420 777 12 00 34 (during reception operating hours).
   • The Provider reserves the right to change or cancel an appointment due to operational reasons; the client will be informed without undue delay and offered an alternative date or a refund.
   7. Vouchers
   • Vouchers can be purchased in the Booking System and are transferable (unless otherwise stated on the voucher) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Voucher validity is 2-6 months from purchase, depending on the voucher type. The right expires after the validity period.
   • Redemption takes place during booking in the Noona system using a voucher code or at the reception.
   • Vouchers do not apply to cash payouts, and discounts and promotions cannot be freely combined unless otherwise stated.
   8. Membership (Member Section)
   • Registration for INSCAPE Membership is possible after completing the first procedure.
   • Login is done via www.inscape.cz/membership, where it is necessary to enter the email address with which the client is registered and to which the membership was issued.
   • Members are automatically entitled to, in particular:
     • preferential prices for rituals and therapies (26–34% discount),
     • 10% discount on additional sales and INSCAPE events,
     • the option to use the Deep Focus Zone for free on the day of a ritual/therapy session,
     • discount codes for products and services from partner companies,
     • invitations to special INSCAPE community gatherings.
   • The Provider may change the scope of benefits and Membership terms. Current information regarding INSCAPE membership can always be found at www.inscape.cz/membership
   9. Prices and Payments
   • Prices for Services and Vouchers are listed on www.inscape.cz and in the Noona Booking System. They include VAT and are binding at the time of booking/purchase.
   • Payment methods: online payment (Apple Pay and credit card).
   • The tax document is sent electronically to the client's email.
   10. Health Restrictions and Liability
   • The client acknowledges that some Services have contraindications and is obliged to truthfully inform about their health condition and follow staff instructions.
   • Before the procedure, the client is always asked to sign an Informed Consent form, where they declare their current health status.
   • The Provider is not liable for damages caused by withholding health information or non-compliance with instructions.
   • The Provider is responsible for the proper provision of the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.
   11. Complaints and Withdrawal
   • Complaints regarding the quality of the provided Service must be submitted by the client without undue delay at the reception or via email to info@inscape.cz.
   • For digital bookings and Services tied to a specific date, an exception to the right of withdrawal applies according to § 1837 (j) of the Civil Code.
   • Online purchased Vouchers can be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not yet been redeemed.
   12. Personal Data Protection
   • Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and relevant legal regulations, as per the Provider's Personal Data Processing Policy available at https://inscape.cz/ochrana-osobnich-udaju.
   • Some data is also processed within the Noona platform as a processor/independent controller. Links to their terms and policies can be found in the Booking System interface.
   13. Final Provisions
   • Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
   • The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms; the new version becomes effective on the date of its publication on www.inscape.cz.
   • These Terms become effective on [insert date].
   Appendix A: Registration Process (Practical Guide)
   • On www.inscape.cz click 'Book an appointment'.
   • In Noona, select the Service (Rituals / Therapy / Deep Focus Zone section).
   • For Rituals, select a Staff Member or 'Anyone'; for Therapy/Deep Focus Zone, you will go directly to the calendar.
   • Select the day and time slot.
   • Check the summary ('Checkout'): Service, date, duration, person, price including VAT.
   • Fill in your contact details (name, email, phone), confirm contraindications.
   • Select payment and click 'Book and Pay'.
   • Complete the payment; a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
   • To create an account, click 'Register', fill in the required fields (*), and confirm your email via the link.
   Appendix B: Cancelling a Reservation (Practical Guide)
   • Open https://noona.app/cs/inscape → top right 'More' → 'Cancel reservation'.
   • Enter your phone number → enter the verification code.
   • Select the procedure to cancel → confirm.
   • The result will be displayed (including any late cancellation fees).
   • You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email/SMS
