Access Bars® is a gentle, individual therapeutic method focused on deeply calming the mind, relieving mental overload, and supporting psychological regeneration. During the therapy, you lie comfortably on a massage table while the therapist gently touches 32 specific points on your head. In the Access Bars® method, these points are associated with various areas of life, thought, and emotion; stimulating them is intended to help release accumulated tension and limiting patterns, creating space for greater ease, calm, and a fresh perspective. Many clients describe feeling as though their mind has quieted down, internal chaos has subsided, and it has become easier to manage daily stress.

Each session takes place in a quiet environment with respect for your current state of mind and needs.

At the beginning, we will briefly discuss what you are coming in with and create a calm space for the entire session.
During the therapy, you rest lying down while the therapist works with individual points on your head using a light touch.
Both body and mind gradually relax and gain space for quality rest without any effort.
At the end, you will have time to process everything and gradually return to your day feeling a sense of greater lightness.
