Body Recovery Therapy utilizes patented andulation technology, which combines mechanical vibrations of varying frequencies with deep infrared heat. The therapy works on the principle of tissue oscillation – multidirectional vibrations spread through the body during the session, affecting muscles, blood circulation, and the lymphatic system. Andulation has been developed and used for many years, and its effects have been professionally studied in the areas of pain, recovery, microcirculation, the lymphatic system, muscle tone, and other physiological processes. Its uniqueness lies in its wide range of applications. Body Recovery Therapy is suitable for physical strain and pain, for supporting lymphatic flow and circulation, and as part of recovery after sports or other physical exertion.
Mechanical vibrations act on muscle tension, and in clinical research, andulation has been linked to an increased pain threshold and a significant reduction in perceived pain.
Tissue oscillation supports the movement of bodily fluids, blood circulation, and lymphatic flow. The therapy is therefore also beneficial for feelings of heavy legs, swelling, and fluid retention.
Andulation promotes muscle relaxation and circulation after physical exertion. It is therefore also used as a recovery technology after sports and intense physical activity.

We will briefly discuss what your body currently needs and select the appropriate program and therapy intensity accordingly.
You will lie down fully clothed on a special andulation bed. The therapy is non-invasive and requires no active participation.
The system begins to generate mechanical vibrations of various frequencies and amplitudes, which gradually spread throughout your body.
Depending on the chosen program, the therapy focuses on areas such as muscle tension relief, pain management, lymphatic flow support, circulation, or recovery after physical exertion.

When muscles are overloaded, relaxing, warming, and mechanically stimulating them can help. Body Recovery Therapy uses multidirectional vibrations that oscillate tissues at various frequencies, combined with infrared heat. Andulation has also been studied in relation to pain—in one study, a series of therapies led to a reduction in perceived pain and an increase in pain threshold.
The lymphatic system is primarily supported by muscle movement, breathing, and mechanical tissue stimulation. Body Recovery Therapy creates a wave-like motion that passes through the body, mechanically oscillating tissues and promoting the movement of bodily fluids. It is therefore suitable for feelings of heavy legs, water retention, or as support for natural lymphatic flow.
The feeling of heavy or swollen legs can be related to a lack of movement, circulation, and the lymphatic system. Andulation therapy combines mechanical vibrations and infrared heat to support fluid movement and tissue blood flow. In an andulation study, a statistically significant reduction in lower limb volume was also recorded after five sessions.
Body Recovery Therapy uses patented andulation technology. Multidirectional mechanical vibrations are transmitted into the body via a special massage bed, with their frequency and intensity changing throughout the program. This creates a wave-like motion that mechanically oscillates the tissues. The therapy thus acts on muscle tension, the movement of bodily fluids, and regeneration. It also includes infrared heat, which pleasantly warms the body.
After intense exertion, muscles primarily need time, sufficient fluids, nutrients, sleep, and natural movement. Body Recovery Therapy can complement recovery by mechanically oscillating tissues, releasing muscle tension, and supporting circulation. It is therefore suitable not only for pain and overload but also as a recovery procedure after sports or intense physical performance.
Although Body Recovery Therapy is non-invasive, it is not suitable for everyone. Caution is required, for example, in cases of acute inflammation or febrile illness, thrombosis, certain serious cardiovascular diseases, during pregnancy, or after certain surgical procedures. If you have serious health issues or are unsure about the suitability of the therapy, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand.
