Our rituals last 90 minutes and therapies 30 minutes – but this refers only to the treatment time itself in the room. Additionally, at the start, we allow clients a few minutes to enjoy a nourishing welcome drink, complete a short breathing exercise, and select a scented essence in our "Well of Light" mindfulness waiting room. After the procedure, we also recommend taking a moment to relax, enjoy a small refreshment, and let the experience settle in. So, in total, a ritual visit lasts 120 minutes, and a therapy visit 45 minutes.

Yes. While Age Lift Ritual and Body Shape Ritual are more frequently chosen by women, all other procedures are also open to men. Anti-Stress Therapy and Brain Activation Therapy, in particular, are popular choices among our male clients.

There's no need for any special preparation. The important thing is to come with an open mind, willing to experience some things differently than you're used to. We will provide everything you need.

Our center is located in Prague 1, so parking is limited. You can park directly on Krakovská Street in the blue zone, but only for 1 hour. Parking can be paid for via the Easy Park app. In other streets, you might find spots with longer parking durations. However, the most convenient way to reach us is by public transport, as we are very close to metro lines A, B, C, and tram stops.

Our rituals and therapies are primarily designed for adult clients who do not have health conditions that would be contraindicated for the specific service. Before each procedure, we will inquire about your current health and ask you to sign an informed consent form to ensure your care is safe and fully tailored.

Our space is designed as an oasis of calm and purity, where clients can fully immerse themselves without distractions. For this reason, it is not suitable to bring children or pets. While we adore children and our furry friends, and they bring us much joy, our space is simply not designed to accommodate them.

If you are unable to attend, please call us at least 2 days in advance so we can offer your appointment to other interested clients. We will also work with you to find an alternative date.
